Having enjoyed cooking for
many years, I have collected hundreds of
recipes, each calling for a combination of
specific seasonings, that bring out the
flavor of the meal and provides that home
made taste that reminds us of "Mom's" or
"Grandma's cookin' " a taste or flavor
that so many of us remember from our
childhood. Friends, who tried my mixes,
encouraged me to share these recipes with
others, and Ozark Country Fixins was
born.
We are pleased to share
some of our favorite recipes and
seasonings with you, and we know they add
a special touch to your next family meal,
because they enable you to create dishes
with that "Homemade taste without the

The heart of our line is
our chili and bean mixes. They are best
described as "Mighty Tasty". You will find
we use only the finest spices and
ingredients to give our products that home
made flavor - not too hot, yet not too
mild. Just add a few fresh ingredients and
your next meal is ready to go.
